How to order

a) Name and full Address (City, Province/State, Postal/Zip Code, Country)
b) Phone # & e-mail address
c) Product code and Price of your 1st choice or 2nd one.
(In case if your item was not available, we are happy to ask our master artist to make another one for you.)

2. Shipping
Generally, we will ship your order by Express Mail Service (EMS) directly from our warehouse in Japan to your shipping address. Please note that some special order items may require additional shipping arrangement. We will notify you of the cost of shipping upon receiving your inquiry or order.
Examples are:
1 screen (90 cm or 35″ high x 180 cm or 71″ wide) to international ==> US$240 by EMS
1 screen, the largest size, (180 cm tall x 6 panes of 62 cm wide) ==> by DHL or FedEx
International wire transfers:
We usually confirm the receipt of the international wire transfer within a day or two.
As soon as we confirm the payment incoming, we will ship it to you if we have it in stock, or ask the artist to start painting for you when we don’t have the item in stock. It will take usually 4 to 6 weeks to make screen and paint.
4.Other Charges
These screens in the Red Maple online gallery are duty free as they are the original works of art. However, you may have to pay your provincial or states tax such as GST or HST depending on your country or states. Please note that you are responsible to pay any customs charges and taxes levied by your country.
If you would like to include the special hanging fixture, it will be an extra cost $70.00 US.
5. Return Policy
When the item had arrived damaged, we may be able to apply for an insurance claim, and to do so, we need the following from you; a proof of damaged area photos of outside box and damaged contents. Then, you need to create the damage report within a week of delivery. Please contact your local post office or shipping company who delivered and obtain the damage report form.
We kindly ask you send us the photos along with the damage report. Based on these proof, we can apply for the insurance. When the insurance was approved, we may offer you the replacement which the master can paint another one for you.
Red Maple Connection is registered with the Government of Canada. By working together with the Gallery in Japan, your orders are express shipped directly to you from our warehouse & mounting place in Japan. |
