On the right hand side are pine, bamboo, and plum blossoms, and on the left hand side there are two cranes and a tortoise, a parade of auspicious items representative of Japan. I think it would be a good idea to use it for New Year’s or auspicious occasions. Or you can hang it on the wall and enjoy it all year round. Although it is simple, it is a very good work. |
